DRCS and Mental Health Awareness Week May 2019

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week DRCS has organised a campaign with the Derby Telegraph and Derbyshire Live – both online and in print.

This week the paper and its online platforms will feature a variety of stories and information regarding DRCS and other facts on mental health action and groups.

Information this week in the Derby Telegraph under the #DerbyshireTalks banner, will include:
-What DRCS do
– Information on male mental health
-Mental health in the workplace
-What it’s like to be a counsellor with DRCS
– Pointers for self help and supporting someone with a mental health problem
– Video with Emma Kirkland on stress busting techniques

We will also be at INTU in Derby today all day (Tuesday) meeting people and handing out information – so please come and see us.

On Wednesday, DRCS counsellors will take part in an online session for the general public between 12-2pm via Facebook. It will be totally confidential.
