Charity Board Meeting Minute Taker Required At DRCS
12
DRCS are seeking a volunteer to join them in Board Meetings as a minute taker. The commitment would be to join the Board and Senior Management Team face to face quarterly (not monthly), at our central Chesterfield base.
We expect the commitment will be 2 hours attendance at the meeting and approximately 1 hour admin between meetings. We are a friendly group and would support the successful applicant to settle in and feel part of the team.
Minute taking experience is preferable however not essential. It would be important the successful applicant understands the boundaries around confidentiality and the accuracy required in minute taking.
This is a great opportunity which would function on many levels for the right applicant. A minimum of 12 months commitment would be the expectation.
