We are pleased to offer a free initial assessment for a limited amount of time, where our experienced therapists will take the time to understand your needs and recommend the best course of action.

Following the assessment, you will receive six therapy sessions completely free of charge, giving you the opportunity to begin your journey toward improved well-being without any financial commitment.
